How does Sleek organize my emails?
On top of the usual format of displaying mails, Sleek offers two modes in displaying your emails. Sender-based and domain-based grouping are game-changing features when you are facing hundreds of emails at once.
Group by Sender
With this grouping, emails are organized by sender and listed on the left. You can view all emails from a sender (until the latest date) just by clicking their email (ex. xyz@gmail.com).
Group by Domain
With this grouping, emails are organized by the domains (from which you received emails) and listed on the left. You can view all emails sent by the same domain (until the latest date) just by clicking on the domain (ex. apple.com).
No Grouping (Traditional Email Grouping)
This is the usual view without any groupings. Just like with other email clients.
How do I choose which grouping to use?
- On the right side of Sleek, go to the “Group by” menu
- Choose which grouping you prefer
- Once selected, the page will automatically refresh to your chosen grouping
Why sender-based grouping?
Sender-based grouping makes it easier for you to read your emails from one sender. Redirecting, labelling, deleting, archiving, and unsubscribing can easily be done with one click, unlike in the traditional email grouping where you have to scour hundreds of emails just to find that one sender.
Why domain-based grouping?
Domain-based grouping groups all of your emails based on one domain. This is especially helpful if you would like to see all emails from one team or company with the same domain.
